We repair and fix all makes and models of fiberglass canopies. Canopy handles, lost keys, replacing gas lifts, respraying canopies and fixing glass windows

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipped Items:

Your order will be processed within 1 day of payment being made. For smaller items a courier will be arranged and charged at check out. Shipment will occur as soon as stock is available.

For canopies and larger items a specialist transporter will be used and the items dropped at the nearest Andy Cab fitment centre to you. The fitment centre will contact you once the items have arrived and arrange a convenient fitment date. You will receive notification once the items have been shipped with the anticipated arrival date.

Collected Items:

Once the order has been processed following payment you will be contacted to notify you of stock availability and when the items will be ready for collection.

Fitted items:

For items that require fitment to a vehicle the Andy Cab Fitment Centre performing the work will contact you directly to arrange a date and time that is convenient.

General Information

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order will be shipped depending on availability of stock. Your estimated shipping date will be communicated with you after the order has been processed.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of the product ordered and where you are located.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Andy Cab Canopies is not responsible for any delays caused by transport or courier companies.

Shipment can only happen to a physical address, not a PO box.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. For canopies and other items requiring fitment by an approved fitment centre you will be contacted by the fitment centre to arrange a fitment date once the item has arrived.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Andy Cab Canopies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Andy Cab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Andy Cab head office directly, where a claim will be made.

Refund / Returns Information:

If you're unhappy with an item you've ordered, or you've ordered an incorrect item, contact us and we'll make the returns process easy.


Step1 – Contact Us

Send an email to hello@andycab.co.za with your invoice number and reason for wanting to return the goods.

If you have ordered the wrong item or no longer want the item ordered you need to contact us within 30 days of delivery to you.

Should the item be damaged or there are missing parts on delivery please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Step 2 – Confirmation of return

A consultant from Andy Cab will be in contact with to arrange the return.

Step 3 – Collection of items

If possible, we'll arrange collection by specialist couriers for a time that's convenient with you. For some smaller items a courier will be arranged to collect. A copy of the waybill after your item has been collected needs to be retained as proof that collection took place.

Step 4 – Refund for items

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund. Or you can choose an alternative item. The cost of the returning the goods will be deducted from your refund. The company reserves the right to charge 20% of the value of the goods as a handling fee for slow moving and specially ordered goods.
