Refund Policy

Refund / Returns Information:

If you're unhappy with an item you've ordered, or you've ordered an incorrect item, contact us and we'll make the returns process easy.


Step1 – Contact Us

Send an email to hello@andycab.co.za with your invoice number and reason for wanting to return the goods.

If you have ordered the wrong item or no longer want the item ordered you need to contact us within 30 days of delivery to you.

Should the item be damaged or there are missing parts on delivery please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Step 2 – Confirmation of return

A consultant from Andy Cab will be in contact with to arrange the return.

Step 3 – Collection of items

If possible, we'll arrange collection by specialist couriers for a time that's convenient with you. For some smaller items a courier will be arranged to collect. A copy of the waybill after your item has been collected needs to be retained as proof that collection took place.

Step 4 – Refund for items

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund. Or you can choose an alternative item. The cost of the returning the goods will be deducted from your refund. The company reserves the right to charge 20% of the value of the goods as a handling fee for slow moving and specially ordered goods.
